How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 4–30 business days. Orders from US, Germany, Italy, UK, France, Spain, or Japan warehouses typically arrive in 4–10 business days. Other regions may take longer.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, EU countries, Japan, Australia, and select other regions worldwide.
Is shipping included in the price?
Orders over $20 automatically qualify for free shipping.
How will my order be shipped?
We partner with Amazon Logistics to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after the order has shipped?
Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address.
Tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it — what now?
Check your mailbox and surrounding areas within 24 hours. Ask neighbors or household members if they received it on your behalf.
Returns & Support
How long do I have to return an item?
Kegaudio offers a 30-day return policy. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection.
What is the warranty?
Our CD players come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects (excluding damage from misuse).
What if I received the wrong item or it’s damaged?

What discs and connections are supported?
Plays CD, CD-R, CD-RW, and MP3 CDs. Features a standard 3.5mm headphone jack and USB port as specified.
How should I store my CD player when not in use?
For long-term storage, keep your CD player sealed in its original packaging and place it in a cool, dry spot away from sunlight.
