If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
- For non-quality-related returns, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
- Refunds apply to the product price only (shipping fees excluded)
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Quality-Related Warranty Claims
For quality-related issues, Kegaudio provides a 12-month limited warranty to ensure a worry-free experience.
- Proof Submission: Provide a purchase receipt and photo or video evidence of the defect
- Verification: Our technical team will assess and confirm the issue
- Resolution: A replacement with a refurbished or brand-new equivalent product will be arranged
- Warranty Continuation: The replacement will carry the remaining original warranty or a 3-month warranty (whichever is longer)
Special Conditions
- Warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase
- Claims must be completed within 90 days after the initial request
- For international returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Expired warranty items
- Free promotional or giveaway products
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Lost or stolen items
- Physical damage due to misuse, drops, or accidents
- Damage from water exposure or extreme temperatures
