• Manufacturing defects
• Damage during transit
• Incorrect item received

Covered by Customer:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Color or size preference
• Incorrect order placed

The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

• Items returned after the 30-day period
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Customized or personalized products
• Opened software or media with broken seals

• Approval & Instructions: You’ll receive return authorization and detailed instructions within 24 hours.
• Ship the Item: Pack the item securely with its original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
